These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and Odi (“Odi”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Odi, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Odi helps travelers in Korea find and join small groups (“Pods”) for casual activities like Korean BBQ or Hangang chimaek. Odi is an introduction and coordination tool — the actual meetups happen offline between users. We are not a party to those meetups and do not organize, supervise, or guarantee them.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate profile information and to keep it up to date.
You sign in through a third-party provider (such as Google or Facebook). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You agree not to use Odi to:
harass, threaten, or harm others; post false, misleading, or unlawful content; impersonate anyone; collect other users’ information without consent; or use the service for commercial solicitation, spam, or anything illegal.
Hosts decide who joins their Pod. Treat other travelers with respect, both on Odi and in person.
Meeting people you don’t know carries inherent risk. You are solely responsible for your own safety and decisions. Meet in public places, use your judgment, and keep coordination on Odi where possible. Odi does not conduct background checks on users and is not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or offline.
You keep ownership of what you post (your profile, messages, and Pod details). You grant Odi a limited license to host and display that content so the service can work. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the right to share it.
You can stop using Odi and delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for other users.
Odi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Pods will take place.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your interactions with other users or attendance at any meetup.
We may update these terms as Odi evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Odi after a change means you accept the updated terms.
